Training Packages


ZIG Training

New adventures may be scary, may make you feel so intimidated that you put it on the back burner for as long as possible on a slow simmer. But, I want to feel rewarded in life and I want to make a difference. When I started my fitness journey I had no idea what I was doing, I felt clueless with so much information out there and so many different opinions always flying around. I stuck with it and researched, also followed others on instagram to learn by their example, and it made it easier when I started to find what I could balance in my life. I wanted to make it a maintainable lifestyle. I started back in October 2013 with intentions of loosing 30 lbs as fast as possible. Even if I did loose that weight I would have gained it all right back and some, once I got off track or took a break to enjoy life. Since then I have adopted IIFYM (if it fits your macros) into my life and knowing just how to listen to my body, and I am slowly dropping body fat, but I know since I am doing it the healthy way or the maintainable way I will be greatly rewarded in the end.   I want to be able to enjoy life, but still feel confident in my own skin as many others do. We need balance in our lives, that is why no one can stick to eating tilapia and asparagus 6-7 meals a day because once you slip up, you end up right back at square one. Balance is key to success, falling in love with the process and adopting a lifestyle, will lead us all to our goals.  Slight bird walk from where I started, but I just want to show that not every one starts their journey with a perfect plan of attack or they may not know even where to start. They see all of the information that is out there, get confused then quit and give up to end up right back where they started.

I want to help people since I know exactly where they are coming from, and I know that anyone can do it if they just take that first step. Do not be afraid to ask for help from anyone, most of them started just like you and me.

I knew as soon as I started understanding everything that I needed to help others, that I needed to make a difference. I enjoy the feeling of being rewarded by others success just as much as my own. 

I contemplated many alternatives that is why I joined my Advocare team in November 2013, and wondered what else I could do. I am currently a Communications Manager at an Ag company, so I wanted something that I could do on the side to help and reach out to others.  I thought long an hard for a few months. 

That is why this spring I took a course with NASM to become a certified personal trainer in conjunction with taking the next step to become an Advocare Advisor.

With these two avenues in my life, I hope that I can reach out to many and show them what has worked for me in my life and how I plan to better my self each day as I grow to understand the industry. I want to coach individuals to reach their full potential, and guide them to show them that they can achieve anything that they put their heart to.

Thus, I have started my own business ZIG Training. This is only the start for me and can't wait to see where the road leads me. I have finally decided to take this opportunity off the back burner and dive into helping others, while I continue along my own journey.
